Addyzoa is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine having spermatogenic and antioxidant action. It is helpful for reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the cellular level, which prevents spermatic damage. It increases spermatozoa count and improves its motility, morphology, and functions. Ingredients in Addyzoa are well-known for inducing spermatogenesis, improving male reproductive organ functions and modulating male hormonal levels. It also improves libido, performance, and stamina.

Abhrak bhasma 15 mg
Makardhwaj rasa 15 mg
Suvarana Vang (Swarna Vanga) 30 mg
Mukta Shukti bhasma 30 mg
Swarnamakshik bhasma 30 mg
Shilajit Shuddha 30 mg
Poorna Chandrodaya Ras 45 mg
Eulophia Campestris 15 mg
Tacca Aspera – Varahikand 30 mg
Smilax China – Chopchini 30 mg
Ipomoea Digitata – Vidarikand 30 mg
Emblica Officinalis – Amla 75 mg
Sida Cordifolia – Bala 75 mg
Argyreia Speciosa – Vriddadaru 75 mg
Asparagus Racemosus – Shatavari 75 mg

Pharmacological Actions

Ingredients in Addyzoa have antioxidant action, which helps to scavenge free radicals and reduces the spermatic damage due to oxidative stress.

In addition, ingredients in it also have spermatogenic property, which helps in spermatozoa production and increases the count and improves the morphology of the spermatic cells.

Idiopathic Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia

3 months double-blind randomized placebo-controlled trial conducted on 44 subjects concluded men with Idiopathic Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia taking Addyzoa Capsules showed a significant improvement in mean total motility and mean progressive motility.

However, there was no significant change observed in spermatozoa concentration and levels of total antioxidant capacity (TAC), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and DNA fragmentation index (DFI). Therefore, the mechanism of action it is still unknown. (1, 2)

Dosage & Administration

The general dosage of Addyzoa is as follows.
Adults (if spermatozoa count is less than 10 million/ml) 2 Capsules *
Adults (if spermatozoa count is more than 10 million/ml) 1 Capsule *
Maximum Possible Dosage 6 Capsules Per Day (in divided doses) **
* Twice a day
** The maximum dosage of Addyzoa is a general estimate based on its ingredients.
Best Time to Take: Empty Stomach in the morning & At night before sleep
Best Adjuvant: Warm Milk
Recommend Treatment Duration: At least 3 months


  • Stop alcohol and smoking
  • Restrict caffeine intake
  • Avoid fast food and restaurant food
  • Avoid Sour and spicy food


  • Take balanced diet and increase intake of fruits, raw vegetables
  • Take appropriate sleep (7 to 8 hours per day)
  • Do meditation

Safety Profile

Addyzoa is possibly safe for 3 months therapy when used in recommended dosage.

Side Effects

According to an available clinical trial on Addyzoa, there were no side effects reported. It is considered well-tolerated in all subjects. (3)
