For making Ashwagandha Avaleha, take milk and add fine powder of Ashwagandha. Boil the mixture until it becomes thick. Now, remove it from the heat and add other ingredients. Mix them well.
Now, take another pan. Add water and sugar in the pan. Boil it to make sugar syrup. When the 1-string sugar syrup is ready, add the above mixture. Simmer the mixture on low flame until it attains the consistency of an Avaleha. Now, Ashwagandha Avaleha is ready.
