Ashwagandha Avaleha improves physical strength, physical endurance capacity, stamina, vigor, and vitality. It increases the healthy subcutaneous fat and muscle mass in the body. Therefore, it is commonly used for increasing body weight and boosting endurance capacity for physical work and exercise. Therefore, it is commonly used as ayurvedic sports supplement in athletes and sportspeople. It is beneficial in all types of neuromuscular diseases and used as supportive therapy in addition to other medicines. It is helpful in the management of men’s health problems that includes oligospermia, impotence, and erectile dysfunction. It is also beneficial for arthritic disorders, fibromyalgia, lower backache, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.

Preparation Method

For making Ashwagandha Avaleha, take milk and add fine powder of Ashwagandha. Boil the mixture until it becomes thick. Now, remove it from the heat and add other ingredients. Mix them well.

Now, take another pan. Add water and sugar in the pan. Boil it to make sugar syrup. When the 1-string sugar syrup is ready, add the above mixture. Simmer the mixture on low flame until it attains the consistency of an Avaleha. Now, Ashwagandha Avaleha is ready.

Ashwagandha Avaleha is mainly used due to its aphrodisiac, erectogenic, spermatogenic and libido booster properties. It mainly acts on the testis, penile tissue, muscles, subcutaneous fat, bones, and joints.

Impotence & Erectile Dysfunction

Ashwagandha Avaleha contains several ingredients, which exerts erectogenic action. It gives strength to the penile tissue and improves erections. Erectile Dysfunction is a most common indication for using Ashwagandha Avaleha. It also improves timings and performance.


Ashwagandha Avaleha is useful for treating oligospermia. It increases count due to its spermatogenic action, which helps to promote spermatogenesis.

Adults 5 to 10 grams (Generally, 1 teaspoon is sufficient)
Maximum Possible Dosage 20 grams Per Day (in divided doses)
Doses: 2 Doses per day
Best Time to Take: 45 minutes before meal or 2 hours after meal
Adjuvant: Warm Milk

Safety Profile

Ashwagandha Avaleha is possibly safe when used for a short period. It contains Naga Bhasma, which makes it unsuitable for the long-term use.

There are no side effects reported with Ashwagandhadi Avaleha.
