The dosage of Ashwagandha Churna is as follows:

Children 30 mg per Kg body weight
Adults 3 grams

The best adjuvant for Ashwagandha Churna is Cow’s Milk. It can also be taken along with warm water. Normally, it is taken twice a day for the best results. In some severe cases, it can also be taken thrice a day, but its total dosage should not exceed 10 grams per day.
