Ashwagandhadi Churna is the most suitable medicine for people with Vata Disorders. It reduces Vata Dosha and pacifies Kapha Dosha. However, it is not too hot, but still, it can increase Pitta Dosha when taken in a larger dose. However, it pacifies Kapha Dosha, but it also has a strengthening action and increases body weight. It is also an excellent ayurvedic medicine for weight gain.

Ashwagandhadi Churna is formulated for men’s health problems. It is also an excellent medicine for endometritis. Both ingredients of this churna reduce inflammation of uterine lining and provide strength to the uterine muscles. It is also beneficial in idiopathic female infertility.
Vidhara and Ashwagandha both have potent spermatogenic effects. Therefore, Ashwagandhadi Churna is also used for treating oligospermia (low sperm count).
Ashwagandha in it improves spermatogenesis (sperm production) by increasing the level of interstitial cell-stimulating hormone and inducing nitric oxide synthase. It increases sperm count, sperm motility, and semen volume. (1, 2, 3)
Ashwagandha in it meliorates fructose in semen content. It increases the level of antioxidants including Vitamin A, C and E. It also improves serum level of testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH). (4)
