How to use Avipattikar Churna
1 teaspoon of Avipattikar Churna should be taken before meal two times a day with cold water.
Can Avipattikar Churna be used for long term without any side effects or should be used in a limited way? Thanks.
Avipattikar Churna contains Nishoth, which is not advisable for long-term use, but one can use it on long-term basis if it is recommended for the treatment of any chronic disease.
i suffer from intertitial nephtiritis. i have been taking avipattikar churna with chadraprabha vati twice daily before food and have noticed weight gain. can i continue for long term?
How does the Avipattikar Churna help in Constipation when it does not contain Sanai (Senna)?
Avipattikar Churna contains 33% Nishoth (Turpeth), which is also a mild laxative. Action in constipation is due to it. Furthermore, Avipattikar Churna also releases bile salts from the liver and gall bladder, which induces natural peristalsis movement in the intestine. This process helps to push the fecal matter in the intestines and reducing the habit of constipation.
Generally, both remedies do not have much impact on body weight. These can be used for long-term, but consult your local doctor before taking it.
I am suffering from antral gastritis since last 5-6 years. I get burps with loud sound. I took many allopathic, homeopathic and ayurvedic medicines but they provided temporary relief. 2 and 1/2 months back I started taking Avipattikar Churna with some combination. I got a great relief. I continued for 2 months then stopped. Again I started facing the same problem. Now I have again started it. I understand that it’s not advisable to take Avipattikar Churna in long run. But my point is that since it contains all natural things, isn’t it better to take it rather than allopathic antacids which are chemicals and have sever side effects in long run? Especially if I don’t face any diarrhea situation after taking it.
If we are taking Avipattikar churnam what are the food items should be avoided for effective results.
Which time is perfect to take avipatikar.before or after meal??

Can ulcer patients take this churna?
Hello,
I have inflammation in the digestive tract, I have issues with constipation, bloating gas accumulation and improper digestion. Also, there is urine leakage always in the inners. I was told to take avipittakari churna and mahashankha bati. When I took avipittakari, I again got shivering with fever, the physician told me it is because of infection. This was their earlier also, before taking avipittakari, in 15 days I got 2 times fever like this. Is this Medicine correct for my issue or not. Pls suggest.
Thank u
If you also had/have abdominal pain, then Avipattikar Churna is contraindicated. Your symptoms appear to be related to Pitta and Vata aggravation. Maha Shankh Vati helps with Vata and Kapha Dosha, but it contains hot ingredients, which might help with Kapha-anuband Pitta, but not increased Pitta or inflammation of any part of gastrointestinal tracts.
Thank u for the response. I would like one more point , I do get shivering continued with fever regularly, the doc gives some antibiotics , it cures but again relapses back in sometime. I have don’t autoimmune related tests and its all normal. Now also I don’t get fever , but I have shivering in day or night. Why is this happening, Is it related to urine infection or something else. At this time digestion is worse and I don’t get sleep at all. And also if I eat enough also, I feel hunger, even in night times, and I am not able to control it. What is all these related to. What should I do. I am really stressed. I am not getting a solution and I am really suffering . pls suggest
It is more likely due to UTI. You should get a proper treatment for this.
Thank u for the response. I had done a urine routine recently and it was normal.
I have been accumulated with undigested food from many years, due to gastritis and constipation. I am also taking avipittakari and other medicine. It is working . could u pls suggest any cleansing treatment for this type of toxins to be removed from my body which is an accumulation from a long time.
Thank you
