Although it is a normal to have grey hair with age, but it some cases hair becomes grey prematurely, especially in young adults or before the age of 35. Nowadays, premature grey hair becomes a common problem among men as well as women. Ayurvedic Medicine can help to treat premature graying of hair.
The most common cause of premature graying of hair is undernourishment. In case of hair, undernourishment occurs when oil glands around the hair follicles decreases production of the oil due to any underlying cause.
Secondly, the reduction of melanin pigment production in the body also leads to whitening of hair. In combination of black and white hair, hair looks grey.
According to ayurveda, excess PITTA DOSHA is a common cause of premature grey hair. If hair fall is also associated then VATA is also involved as a main cause.
Acidic body is also a cause of premature greying hair. This condition can be prevented by increasing intake of vegetables and fruits.

This formulation nourishes hair and skin. It also balances PITTA and VATA. It also promotes hair growth and restores the natural color of hair. It also promotes immunity and reduces nutritional deficiencies. It is also likely to affect hormones and bring them into natural balance.
This remedy acts on balancing three body humours (Tridosha), so it is beneficial in all underlying cause of premature gray hair.
This formulation also improves bone health. In ayurveda, Hairs and nails are MALA of ASHTI DHATU. If ASHTI DHATU is improved, then the growth of hair and nails will ultimately improve.
For best results, the above formulation should be used in combination of massage with Mahabhringraj Oil, Bhringraj Oil or Neelibhringadi Oil.

This remedy also contains calcium. However, calcium is derived from the natural sources.
In scientific world, studies are contradictory.
1. Some studies have found traditional allopathic calcium supplements can increase risk of recurrence of kidney stones, so allopathic doctors also advise to cut down the daily intake of calcium even from the dietary sources.
2. Some studies have also shown that dietary calcium can prevent kidney stones.
These are contradictory things.
The answer may be that food rich in calcium also contains other nutrients, which balance the effect of calcium in new renal stone formation.
The same thing is with above remedy because it also contains other herbal ingredients, which are rich in other nutrients. They may balance or reduce the effect of natural calcium in new renal stone formation.
I have given idea about what the science say in this comment. I am sure that kidney stones will not develop in healthy individuals due to above remedy or natural calcium. As science is not sure about this, so I am also not sure for patients with kidney stones.
