Balaguluchyadi Kashayam (Kwatham) is an ayurvedic medicine mainly used for arthritic disorders, especially Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, and Hyperuricemia. Pharmacological Actions

Balaguluchyadi Kashayam is mainly anti-inflammatory medicine, which is most useful when the patient has joint tenderness and burning sensation. Its main ingredients Bala, Giloy, and Devdaru provide relief from pain acting as an analgesic. In addition, Giloy and Devdaru both detoxify the blood and reduce toxins in the body.

If you are using Balaguluchyadi Kashayam Churna, then take 60 grams churna in 960 ml water. Boil to reduce it 120 ml Balaguluchyadi liquid. The dosage is 30 to 60 ml.
