Preparation Method

Take KWATH DRAVYA, PISHTI DRAVYA (Haritaki and Amla fresh fruits), and water. Make a decoction and reduce it to 10th part of the liquid. Now, filter the decoction and separate boiled Pishti Dravya (Haritaki and Amla fruits).

Now, crush Haritaki and Amla fruits to remove their seeds. Now, filter the fruit pulp through the cotton cloth to remove its hard fiber content.

Now, take filtered decoction in the big copper pan that can hold all ingredients. Add PISHTI DRAVYA (Haritaki and Amla pulp) and again boil the decoction.  Add fine powder of PRAKSHEP DRAVYA. Then add Misri powder and SNEHA DRAVYA (sesame oil and Ghee) in it.  Now, cook it until it becomes thick having Avaleha (Jam) like consistency.

Now, remove it from heat. Leave it to cool naturally for several hours. When its temperature comes down to room temperature, then add honey (Shahad) in it and mix it well. Now, preserve Brahma Rasayana in food grade bottles.
