Nasal Congestion

Nasal Congestion (Stuffy Nose)

The inflamed blood vessels cause swelling of mucous membranes in the nose. This swelling results in nasal congestion and the patient feels stuffy nose. The common causes of the stuffy and congested nose are common cold, flu and sinusitis. Other causes include hay fever, vasomotor rhinitis, nasal allergies, nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum etc.

Bresol-NS helps to restore moisture in the nasal mucosa, loosen the mucus crusts and soothes the inflamed and irritated mucous membranes in the nose. It also restores the functions of natural defense and removes allergens from the nasal cavity. Through all these mechanisms, it helps to relieve nasal congestion.

Dry Nose

Dry Nose (Dry and Irritated Nasal Mucosa)

Nasal dryness causes irritation and makes a person uncomfortable. Excess dryness in the nasal cavity also results in cracks in the skin and nasal bleeding. The most common cause for this condition is blowing the nose frequently, common cold, allergies, smoking, and dry weather. Chronic atrophic rhinitis is also a common cause of nasal inflammation and dryness. Some medicines including allopathic decongestants and antihistamines can also cause dryness in the nasal mucosa.
