METHOD

  1. Mix cocoa powder, instant coffee powder and brown sugar thoroughly in a bowl. Add chia seeds, milk and hazelnut flavor into the mixture and stir vigorously. Keep the mixture undisturbed for some time and then stir again over the course of 20 minutes.
  2. Add chopped hazelnuts on the top of the mixture and refrigerate it for a couple of hours.
  3. Serve with either honey or chocolate sauce, drizzled over the pudding.
