Evecare (Syrup & Capsules)

Himalaya’s Evecare (Syrup & Capsules) is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine used as uterine tonic in women. It helps in premenstrual syndrome (PMS), painful periods, irregular periods, uterine bleeding etc.

Ingredients (Composition)

Evecare Syrup & Capsules both have almost similar composition except a few ingredients. Evecare Capsule contains Kasis Godanti Bhasma and Yashad Bhasma additionally and Evecare Syrup contains Purified Shilajit, Babul, Anantmool, Manjistha and Narikela as additional ingredient.

Lodhra – Symplocos Racemosa 35 mg
Guduchi (Giloy) – Tinospora Cordifolia 35 mg
Kakamachi – Solanum Nigrum 35 mg
Punarnava – Boerhavia Diffusa 35 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus Racemosus 35 mg
Ghrita Kumari –  Aloe Vera 25 mg
Sandalwood (Chandan) – Santalum Album 25 mg
Musta (Mustak) – Cyperus Rotundus 25 mg
Vasaka (Adulsa) – Adhatoda Vasica 20 mg
Triphala 20 mg
Trikatu 20 mg
Silk Cotton Tree (Shalmali) – Bombax Malabaricum 15 mg
Powders:

Coconut (Narikela) – Cocos Nucifera 32 mg
Ghrita Kumari –  Aloe Vera 25 mg
Sandalwood (Chandan) – Santalum Album 25 mg
Babul – Acacia Arabica 25 mg
Musta (Mustak) – Cyperus Rotundus 25 mg
Anantmool – Hemidesmus Indicus 25 mg

Indications

Evecare (Syrup & Capsules) is therapeutically indicated in following health conditions:

  1. Premenstrual Syndrome – PMS
  2. Painful Periods – Dysmenorrhea
  3. Menstrual Irregularities
  4. Menorrhagia – Heavy or Prolonged Menstruation
  5. Oligomenorrhea – Infrequent or Light Menstruation
  6. Metrorrhagia – Heavy Uterine Bleeding
  7. Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB)
  8. Infertility – as an adjuvant therapy to assist conception

Dosage

Evecare Capsules Dosage

General Dosage (Mild Symptoms) 1 Capsules *
In Severe Cases 2 Capsules *
Assisted Conception 2 Capsules *

Evecare Syrup Dosage

General Dosage (Mild Symptoms) 5 ml or 1 Teaspoon *
In Severe Cases 10 ml or 2 Teaspoons *
Assisted Conception 10 ml or 2 Teaspoons *

* Twice a day

Minimum Course of Treatment: 3 Month with either Evecare Capsules or Syrup

Caution & Side Effects

Evecare (Syrup & Capsules) is LIKELY SAFE even for long-term use. However, one may have to undergo for additional investigations in case of severe dysmenorrhea and uncontrolled uterine bleeding. Evecare should not be used on patients with estrogen dependent tumors.
