How to prepare

Add one green tea bag (readily available) in a pan of one-cup boiling water. Later add a pinch of ginger paste to it and let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Do not add sugar or milk. Just add little honey to sweeten this beverage.

Lemon

Lemon juice helps in improving digestion as well as detoxification. Good metabolism contributes to weight loss, as your body needs enough energy to burn calories. It helps flush out toxins from your body thereby speed up this process and lemon juice works effectively.

How to use it

  1. Add three spoons of lemon juice to one spoon of honey and a pinch of black pepper powder in a glass of water.
  2. Prepare this solution and drink it early in the morning.

Cinnamon

Blood sugar levels in your body have great impact on your weight. If your blood sugar levels are balanced, you will be eating in right quantities and the fat in your body will be burnt effectively. Drinking cinnamon tea regularly will keep your blood sugar levels balanced.

How to prepare it

  1. Add a tbsp. of grounded cinnamon powder to a cup of water and let it boil.
  2. Strain the decoction after few minutes and add little honey when warm. You can also use it without honey, which would be more beneficial.
  3. Drink this cinnamon tea twice a day to see great weight loss results.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Raw, pure and unfiltered apple cider vinegar aids in weight loss. However, research studies are yet to be done but preliminary research studies have stated that apple cider vinegar helps in weight loss. It helps in breaking lipids or fats thereby preventing the accumulation of fats.

How to use

  1. Add two teaspoons of pure, unfiltered or raw ACV in a glass of water.
  2. Consume it early in the morning or before having your meals.

Caution

However, the intake of apple cider vinegar should be limited to two teaspoons only as it might reduce the levels of potassium in blood thereby lowering bone density.

Cayenne
