  1. I am from California aged 73 years and suffer from clicking and ringing sounds in both ears since 2 years. It started after a road accident 2 year before. After traumatic injury, my hearing capacity muffled, but now some extraordinary sounds of clicking and ringing are disturbing me a whole day. I have developed tinnitus in my both ears; my doctor said it is age related problem and not associated with accident.

I searched for an alternative cure for tinnitus and found your article. Its new treatment for me, so I want to ask a genuine question, can this karma punana really helps in tinnitus. I will plan for coming to India if it is effective cure, so please answer me genuinely.

    1. Yes, karna purna is effective for tinnitus (clicking and ringing sounds that you experience), but you know that in medical science, we cannot give any guarantee of 100% effective treatment.

There are many treatment failures. However, I can assure you that it have really helped many people with tinnitus. Please consult an ayurvedic doctor first face to face and let him understand every aspect of your body type (body intrinsic nature), humors involved and other medical history. I will welcome you in India and hope you will get a great treatment for your tinnitus symptoms with ayurvedic medicines and karna purna.

  2. Migraine is my childhood problem and I have also tried acupuncture for it, but it is not effective for me. Karna purna may help me because my symptoms are associated with some body imbalance as well. I have read that body imbalance problems occur due to something wrong in ears, so I would like to try this treatment. Thank for a great insight into the karma purna.

  3. I am suffering with hearing loss, but the reason is unknown and I have consulted to many doctors and some of them said it may be due to nerves weakness. Should I go for this therapy?

        1. Not, in ruptured eardrum, there is a small tear or hole is present in tympanic membrane, which may cause leaking of oil or medicines to inner part, so karna purana is contraindicated in this condition. You should never try this treatment in a such condition.

  4. At what age can you do the karna purana treatment? Do you have any information if it helps on toddlers that were diagnosed with auditory neuropathy?

    Thanks!

    1. We can start karna purana therapy after the age of 10. Karma purana is contraindicated in toddlers. However, in special cases, it can be done, but individual consultation with panchakarma specialist is required.

  5. Nowadays, I’m suffering with hearing disorders like missing clarity in hearing, and few other imbalances.

Can Karna-purana be preferable to get back the good hearing ability?
