Now, filter the water and separate boiled fruit slices. Keep this water. Now, take these fruit slices in a cotton cloth, then squeeze the cloth to remove the water. Spread the slices on a clean cloth and leave it under the sun for a few hours.
Then take Ghee in a big copper pan that can hold all ingredients and remained water. Now, cook the boiled Petha fruit pulp in Ghee and when it becomes brown, add remained water (in which fruit slices are boiled) and sugar. When it becomes thick having Avaleha (Jam) like consistency, add other ingredients except for honey.
Now, remove it from heat. Leave it to cool naturally for several hours. When its temperature comes down to room temperature, then add honey in it and mix it well. Now, preserve Kushmanda Rasayana in food grade containers.
