Namaste
Dear Sir
Could I use panch tikta as anti infalammatory remedy for tyreoidhit
If you are talking about Thyroiditis, then it can be used. However, the best medicine for Thyroiditis is kanchnar guggulu and chandraprabha vati.
My doctor advised me to take this to relieve toothache after food. But here u have mentioned to take it before food what’s the difference?
My doctor has advised panchtikta ghrit guggulu tablets along with panchtikta ghrit in ghee form. Now the tablets are available, but the other medicine is available as panchtikta ghrit guggulu in ghee form. I am confused if both panchtikata ghrit (ghee) and panchtikta ghrit guggulu (ghee) are the same and can be used in place of another.
There is a difference in their ingredients, but commonly used for same purpose.
