Punarnavasavam (Punarnavasava) is an ayurvedic liquid formulation prepared through the process of fermentation of some herbs affecting the stomach, liver, spleen, heart, and kidney. According to Bhaishajya Ratnavali, it can be helpful to treat and manage the diseases that are considered difficult to cure. It can be used for acid peptic disorders, abdominal lump, abdominal diseases, inflammatory diseases, spleen disorders, liver disorders, heart diseases and kidney diseases. Its overall action appears on the edema and inflammation.

All ingredients of Punarnavasava are mixed in Asava Vessel and left for 30 days. Then the liquid is filtered to obtain Punarnavasavam and stored in bottles. |

Hepatomegaly (Liver Enlargement)
