  1. You have mentioned to use Shilajeet 500 twice a day. I want to know whether shilajeet increases the blood pressure or not? As I have seen in my practice that shiljeet causes excessive heat in the body.

    1. 1. Shilajit does not increase blood pressure. It stabilizes the blood pressure and helps other remedies to perform better in hypertensive people.
It also lowers blood pressure in case blood pressure is raised due to excessive intake of alcohol.

      2. The dosage is given in the article is just an example. You should adjust the dosage according to symptoms, health condition and body type and tolerability of the patients.

      3. Yes, it can induce excess body heat. In this case, either stop using Shilajit or reduce its dosage. Taking Shilajit with milk also reduces this effect.
