The dosage of Zandu Pancharishta is 6 teaspoons (30 ml) for adults. It should be mixed with equal amount of water (30 ml) and should be taken immediately after meal. The maximum dosage of Pancharishta should not exceed from 60 ml a day.

How to Take Pancharishta

Adult dosage of Pancharishta is 6 tsp. (30 ml). Mix 6 teaspoons of Pancharishta in equal amount of water (i.e. also 6 tsp.) and take it immediately after meal.

Recommended Treatment Duration

The recommended treatment duration with Pancharishta ranges from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 6 months.

Diabetes & its complications

Mouth Ulcer

However, Pancharishta has some cooling herbs, which means it can also provide relief in mouth ulcer and acidity.
