  1. Just another warning, drinking a very thick matcha tea on a hot day may cause you to become dehydrated, the powder has to have good amount water with it and if it doesn’t, it will just sit in your stomach, you’ll feel sick, and want to throw up. The powder will bind together and make it actually quite hard to throw it up, which you need to drink as much water as you can so it can un-lodge. Gross yeah, but I just experienced this and I thought I might have had to get my stomach pumped BC it was so thick. Nothing in excess…

  2. I am a patient of Ulcerative colitis. Should I go for this tea? I have sachets. I am using one sachet for 1 liter of water. Is it O.K.?

    1. Matcha green tea is good for inflammatory disorders and useful in ulcerative colitis too. However, it should be started with low dosage and provided ratio of 1 sachet in 1 liter water is good to start with. When you feel your body tolerates and accepts it, then you can also increase its dosage to 1 sachet in 250 ml water.

  3. Thankyou, I just wandered whether it would go thick in my stomach and have the same benefits as when a person drinks it as tea?a
