Arshoghni Vati
Arshoghni Vati (Arshoghani Bati) is a common ayurvedic medicine used for treating all types of hemorrhoid. It is beneficial in the treatment of both bleeding and non-bleeding piles, but it is mainly effective for the management of bleeding piles. It stops bleeding within 1 to 3 days of its regular use.
Several ingredients present in Arshoghni Vati reduce discomfort, bleeding occurring during bowel movement, itching and irritation in the anorectal region. It reduces venous swelling and size of the pile lump.
Constipation is a common cause for developing hemorrhoids, which increases pressure on the veins and causes their swelling. For relieving constipation, it should be used along with ayurvedic anti-constipation medicines including Swadishta Virechan Churna, Triphala Churna, Panchsakar Churna, Abhayarishta, Bhringrajasava, Bhringraj Churna etc.

Preparation Method
- Make a fine powder of Neem and Bakain seed kernels.
- Dissolve Shuddha Rasoth in water.
- Now, mix all ingredients and add dissolved Shuddha Rasoth. Pestle the mixture in a mortar. When the mixture has gained consistency to make tablets, then make tablets of each 250 mg.
